Return & Refund Policy

Returns

  • You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it with its original clothing tag.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • Your item must be unopened and in the original packaging.
  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Store credits are only applied after receiving the product back to Culture. We will examine the product if it is free from any stains, damages or worn down by the customer. 

No returns or exchanges will be valid without the original clothing tag of the product.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item in its original clothing tag, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or store credit.
  • Store credit is immediate, but for the Credit Card refunds, you will receive the credit back in your card within 14 days and may extend to 60 days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
  • Refunds are only applied after receiving the product back to Culture. We will examine the product if it is free from any stains, damages, or worn down by the customer. 
  • No returns or exchanges will be valid without the original clothing tag of the product.

Shipping

Return costs are free if the return is approved. However, if the return reason does not qualify for the Free Returns policy, then you will be charged the return fees (shipping). If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

There will be a cost involved for returns, which the courier company will request while receiving the package.
